Workout Program & Macronutrient Combo Plan

Combine a personalized workout plan with a tailored macronutrient nutrition plan to achieve your health and wellness goals. We'll determine your ideal protein, carb, and fat intake based on your BMR (calculated through InBody or body stats) and predicted caloric output, ensuring optimal results for your workouts and lifestyle. We will also use a food tracking app to help you manage your food intake and macros. 

One-Time Customized Workout Program

A personalized workout plan that fits your goals and schedule. After building your program, we'll have a virtual session to go over every detail and discuss how to track your progress and use progressive overload effectively. For the next week, I'll be available to answer any questions and provide support, ensuring you feel confident and motivated with your new workout plan.

In our one-hour session, we'll focus on exercises and techniques tailored to your needs, ensuring you get the most out of your workout. In-Person Personal Training 30 minutes

Maximize your time with a focused 30-minute training session designed to fit your workout progression. Get the most out of every minute.


Partner Training (2 Person Sessions)

Partner Personal Training 50 minutes

Share the journey with a friend in a 50-minute in-person session, where both of you receive customized guidance to enhance your fitness plans together. {$75 per person}

Partner Personal Training 30 minutes

Partner up for a 30-minute in-person training session that targets your individual fitness goals while enjoying the motivation and support of a workout buddy. {$55 per person}


Group Training (3+ People Sessions)

Group Personal Training 50 minutes

Join a group of three or more for an energizing 50-minute session tailored to each participant's workout progression. Enjoy the camaraderie and shared progress.



Group Personal Training 30 minutes
