Every training program and nutrition strategy is customized to align with your schedule, lifestyle, training history, and personal preferences. Nothing is recycled. Nothing is automated. This level of precision and accountability requires time, focus, and direct involvement—which is why Kitch Systems Training works with a limited number of clients at any given time. The goal is not volume. The goal is results, longevity, and a system you can sustain.

Results timelines are individualized and depend on your starting point, lifestyle, goals, and the level of consistency required to get you there. Kitch Systems Training is not built around quick fixes or short-term transformations. If you are looking for promises of rapid fat loss or overnight results, this is likely not the right fit.

Kitch Systems Training is built around ongoing coaching and adjustment. You work directly with me to continually refine your training and nutrition so it stays aligned with your body, your schedule, and your priorities.


Kitch Systems Training does offer in-person coaching in select circumstances.
For clients located in Nashville or the surrounding areas, Justin Kitchen, head trainer and founder of Kitch Systems Training, offers limited individual and small-group training sessions at Takes 2 Fitness.

In-person availability is intentionally limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure the same level of focus and quality delivered through all Kitch Systems Training services.

In-home training may also be available when it aligns with the trainers’ schedules and logistics. For availability, details, or to determine the best fit, please contact us directly.
